SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Items are shipped within 2 business days from your order date. Once your item has shipped it will arrive within 2-5 business days.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase or have any issues or concerns please email our order department at orders@phenomelash.com we will provide you with a RA number and instructions for your return.
